So I am really hoping my client likes this one. I haven't sent them a picture yet. It was an extremely tough drawing to complete for some reason. I really struggled with this one which has been rare for me lately I think. I have been really happy with how things are coming out until this one. I don't know if it's just me or maybe it is the fact that I am not of fan of drawing long haired dogs and I am just being to hard on myself. hm.. well, hope you like it. Thanks for looking

friends should be friends FOREVER.
Whenever I can initially see a drawing believing it to be a photograph, its nothing short of brilliance.
I also thought at first glance that this was a photograph. Stunning!!! :)

Inside me lives a skinny woman crying to get out. But I can usually shut the bitch up with cookies.
I think you are being to critical. I think you captured the dog beautifully.

I would like to see the photograph you used to work off for fun.

Amazing again :worship: Great work :)
Awesome work. And besides, arttwork is one of the few places you *should* be hard on yourself, so dont worry about it.

You have really captured the soul of this dog especially in the eyes
Beautifully done!
I like the sad look in its eyes.
With this kind of drawing it is important to gain a little bit of distance, maybe look at it again in a few days... long fur just looks like a mess of lines if one looks too closely but the overall effect usually is great, as it is in this drawing.

Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please. Mark Twain

Those silvery haired dogs can be a pain sometimes, i understand why you'd get frustrated with it.
